We add all the veggies we like and double the sauce. It’s soooo yummy. I like to add a little garlic chili sauce for some spice if I don’t have kimchi to eat with it.

Hi Janel! Dark soy sauce is thicker and slightly sweeter than regular soy sauce. But if you can’t find any, using only regular soy sauce also works 🙂
